After the calcium and magnesium bismuth off the lead alloy antimony processing, the lead in the bismuth dropped to 0.0009%. In the laboratory, the effects of the amount and temperature of calcium on the antimony treatment were studied. The reaction mechanism of antimony treatment was also analyzed and discussed.
