冶金部钢铁物理测试情报网热处理专业第二届年会,于83年10月11日～16日在江西九江召开。参加会议的有各钢厂、研究院所及高等院校等60多个单位,共87名代表。大会认真总结了第一届年会以来的工作,各单位都较好地完成了柳州会议制定的规划。大会收到交流资料共51篇。与会代表一致认为交流资料内容广泛,结合生产实际,具有一定的水平。经代表认真讨论,制定了84～85年间的工作规划和各课题活动计划:确定热处理工艺对组织形态和力
Metallurgical Department of Steel Physics Test Information Network heat treatment professional second annual meeting, in October 83, 83 held in Jiujiang, Jiangxi. Attending the meeting are steel mills, research institutes and institutions of higher learning more than 60 units, a total of 87 representatives.
