本文试验选定高铬铸铁含碳量和含钼量,以使其达到硬度和韧性的适当配合和获得整个断面淬硬的磨球。经工业性试验,高铬铸铁磨球单耗为0.491Kg/T,比原锻钢球1.654Kg/T单耗下降70.3%。
In this paper, the test selected carbon content and molybdenum content of high-chromium cast iron, so that it reaches the appropriate combination of hardness and toughness and access to the entire cross-section hardened ball. After industrial test, the unit consumption of high-chromium cast iron grinding ball is 0.491Kg / T, which is 70.3% lower than that of the original forged steel ball 1.654Kg / T.
