恙虫病并发弥漫性血管内凝血(以下简称DIC),近年来,我院收治2例,经抢救无效死亡,其中1例附有尸解资料,现报导如下并加探讨: 病例报告例1 宋×,女性,48岁,农民,住院号75,934。因畏寒、发热、头痛、骨痛10天,于1980年7月6日入院。患病前经常在田野劳动和休息,无明显诱因突然畏寒、高热、头痛、周身酸痛、恶心、厌食。8天后口腔出血,大便黑色,量少,每天1～2次。服过中药治疗无效,病情逐日加重而急诊入院。

Pre-illness often in the field work and rest, no obvious incentive for a sudden chills, fever, headache, whole body aches, nausea, anorexia. Oral bleeding after 8 days, stool black, less, 1 or 2 times a day. Served over invalid Chinese medicine, the condition increased day by day and emergency admission.
