招投标管理是企业发展中不可或缺的一项管理内容,在企业开展招投标管理活动中,如何降低企业运行成本、减少经济失误、规避损失与风险一直是企业需要解决的首要问题。本文主要阐述了在招投标管理中纳入审计手段,加强招投标管理过程监督,实现控制成本支出,提高企业经济效益,用审计的方式来规范、保障招投标活动健康有序进行。
The bidding and tendering management is an indispensable part in the development of an enterprise. How to reduce the operating cost, reduce the economic error and avoid the loss and risk has always been the primary problem that enterprises need to solve in the bidding management activities. This article mainly expounds in the bidding management into the audit means to strengthen supervision of the bidding management process, control costs and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, with the audit approach to regulate and ensure the healthy and orderly conduct of bidding and tendering activities.
