2008年1月17日国税发[2008]8号各省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市国家税务局、地方税务局:根据《国务院办公厅关于开展行政法规规章清理工作的通知》(国办发[2007]12号)精神,税务总局对2005年1月1日至2006年12月31日发布的税收规范性文件及前期清理工作中尚未得到清理的税收规范性文件进行了全面清理,现将有关清理结果通知如下:一、全文已失效或废止的税收规范性文件33件
