从铁路机车牵引齿轮摩擦学特性及其损伤形式,分析了牵引齿轮合理润滑的重要性,确定了润滑剂相应的性能要求及其选用原则;结合国内外情况,对目前现场代用的18号双曲线齿轮油技术条件、使用性能与8K电力机车齿轮油进行了比较;提出了铁路新型内燃、电力机车(DF_(4D)、DF_(11),SS_(4、7、8)等型)牵引齿轮合理润滑的方案,以适应铁路机车提速、重载、安全运输的要求。
From the tribological characteristics and damage forms of traction locomotives on railway locomotives, the importance of reasonable lubrication of traction gears is analyzed and the corresponding performance requirements and selection principles of lubricants are analyzed. Based on the domestic and international situations, The technical conditions and service performance of gear oil are compared with gear oil of 8K electric locomotive.
