【德国《南德日报》1990年10月30日报道】德国黑森州格尔恩豪森新技术公司前经理Rudolf Maximilian Ontmayer,由于同巴基斯坦进行非法核交易,被判5年徒刑。哈瑙州级法院在经过两个月的审理后,于1990年10月29日判处Ontmayer的同伙PeterFinke有期徒刑3年9个月,判处慕尼黑附近的加尔兴马克斯-普朗克研究所前工作人员、化学家Heinrich Weichselgartner监禁13个月,缓期执行。
Germany’s Nde City Daily, October 30, 1990 Rudolf Maximilian Ontmayer, a former manager of the new technology company Gernhausen in Hesse, Germany, was sentenced to five years in prison for conducting an illegal nuclear deal with Pakistan. After two months of trial, the State Court of Hanau sentenced Ontinyer’s accomplices, Peter Finke, to 29 years imprisonment for 3 years and 9 months on 29 October 1990 and sentenced a former staff member of the Galzen-Max Planck Institute near Munich , Chemist Heinrich Weichselgartner imprisoned for 13 months, suspended execution.
