地下工程施工涉及的因素较多 ,属内部结构复杂、外部联系广泛的大系统。方案优选时若单一地采用传统的评价方法可能使问题失真 ,导致决策失误 ,不能适应实际工作需要。综合评价系统从系统的角度出发 ,将传统的经济评价指标与其它各种“非经济因素”结合进行分析 ,以实现方案的综合决策。
Underground engineering construction involves more factors, is a complex internal structure, extensive external contact with the large system. If a single program adopts the traditional evaluation method, the problem may be distorted, leading to mistakes in decision-making and being unable to meet the needs of actual work. Comprehensive evaluation system from the perspective of the system, the traditional indicators of economic evaluation and other various “non-economic factors” combined analysis to achieve the program’s comprehensive decision-making.
