预压空气室虽在国内外生产的植保机械用隔膜泵上已普遍应用,但对该类空气室的性能研究未引起重视。本研究表明,空气室的充气压力、气室隔膜的材质和结构尺寸对气室的稳压效果很有影响,如设计和使用不当,不但达不到预期的稳压效果,还可能加大压力波动。本文通过理论和试验数据的频谱分析指出,预压空气室的充气压力应与工作压力很好匹配,压力脉动最小的最佳充气压力与工作压力之间成线性关系,并建议隔膜泵预压空气室应装有充气压力指示装置。
Although the pre-pressurized air chamber is widely used in the diaphragm pump of plant protection machinery produced at home and abroad, the research on the performance of such air chamber has not drawn much attention. This study shows that the inflation pressure of the air chamber and the material and structure of the air chamber diaphragm have an impact on the pressure regulation effect of the air chamber. If not designed and used properly, not only the expected pressure regulation effect but also the pressure may be increased fluctuation. In this paper, the spectrum analysis of the theoretical and experimental data points out that the inflation pressure of the precompression air chamber should be well matched with the working pressure, and the optimal inflation pressure with the minimum pressure pulsation has a linear relationship with the working pressure. Room should be equipped with inflation pressure indicator.
