对20例明显突入膀胱的前列腺增生症患者作经膀胱前列腺摘除,利用膀胱颈粘膜瓣行前列腺窝移植,使覆盖创面在50%以上。术后无继发感染及出血,随访1个月～3年2个月,全部病人均无后尿道狭窄,不需行尿道扩张,排尿通畅、无残余尿。作者认为该法操作简单、费时少,取材方便、较合乎生理,对促进创面早期修复、防止并发症具有一定的临床意义。
Twenty patients with prostatic hyperplasia who had obviously penetrated into the bladder were treated by transurethral resection of the prostate gland and the prostate neck was transplanted with the bladder neck mucosal flap to cover more than 50% of the wounds. No postoperative secondary infection and bleeding were followed up for 1 month to 3 years and 2 months. All the patients had no posterior urethral stricture, no urethral dilation, clear voiding and no residual urine. The author believes that the method is simple, time-consuming, easy to draw, more physiologically, to promote early wound repair, to prevent complications has some clinical significance.
