目的了解衡水市学校食堂的消毒卫生状况。方法采用现场调查和采样监测的方法。结果 40个学校食堂消毒调查平均合格率为77.0%,存在诸多问题。结论应对学校食堂加强监督管理,切实做好消毒工作。
Objective To understand the disinfection and hygiene of school canteen in Hengshui City. Methods The method of field survey and sampling monitoring was used. Results 40 schools canteen disinfection survey average pass rate of 77.0%, there are many problems. Conclusion We should strengthen the supervision and management of school canteens and do a good job disinfection.
