上海市食品研究所属科技开发应用型研究所,现有中、高级专业技术人员数十名。拥有较完善食品科学实验、分析测试和中试设施。设有食品工艺与包装技术、食品分析测试技术、食品机械设备设计等专业研究室,是国内贸易部食品质量监督检验测试,中心(上海)、中国上海测试中心食品行业测试点。建所20年来,已完成国家、上海市上百项科研攻关,获得部、市级重大科技进步奖二十余项,历年获重合同、守信用荣誉称号。
Shanghai Institute of Food Science and Technology Development and Application Institute, the existing middle and senior professional and technical personnel dozens.
