[目的]探讨中西医结合治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。[方法]对42例胫骨平台骨折患者,采用切开复位内固定,术后内服中药结合功能锻炼治疗。[结果]平均随访12个月,优良率达92.9%。[结论]中西医结合治疗胫骨平台骨折是较理想的治疗途径之一。
[Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures. [Method] Twenty-four patients with tibial plateau fractures were treated with open reduction, internal fixation and internal medicine combined with functional exercise after operation. [Results] After a mean follow-up of 12 months, the excellent and good rate was 92.9%. [Conclusion] Integrative treatment of tibial plateau fractures is one of the ideal treatment.
