电力企业在国家经济和社会发展中始终处于十分重要的地位。建立现代企业制度是国有企业改革的方向,而建立规范的公司治理结构,是建立现代企业制度的关键。本文选取了电力企业作为案例,分析其作为国有企业公司治理结构具有的代表性。以期为国有企业公司治理的正常化、有效化探索方法,促使国有企业进一步完善公司治理,实现良性发展。
Power enterprises in the country’s economic and social development has always been in a very important position. The establishment of a modern enterprise system is the direction of SOE reform. Establishing a standardized corporate governance structure is the key to establishing a modern enterprise system. This paper selects the electric power enterprise as a case and analyzes its representativeness as the corporate governance structure of state-owned enterprises. With a view to normalizing and effectively probing the governance of state-owned enterprises, state-owned enterprises are encouraged to further improve their corporate governance and achieve sound development.
