针对我国临床药师培养现状,为完善与提高我国临床药学人才培养模式提供参考。通过建立以学生为主体,融入PBL、微课等方式方法不断巩固与加强学生理论知识体系;与教师科研结对,开展临床药学实践,不断提高学生科研与临床实践能力;加强学生人文修养,构建＂三位一体＂的培养模式,为培养与国际临床药学规范接轨,适合当代中国发展,综合素质过硬的临床药学人才提供了行之有效的模式。
