财政部部长金人庆近日在全国财政厅(局)长座谈会上说,上半年全国财政收入保持了较快增长态势,主要是在国民经济快速增长、企业经济效益较好的基础上实现的。他表示,在新形势下,准确把握国家宏观经济发展情况,进一步发挥财政政策的宏观调控作用,重点关注民生问题,对于促进社会主义和谐社会建设、实现国民经济又好又快发展具有重要意义。
