当今世界已经进入了知识经济时代,知识产权与国际贸易有着紧密的联系。从出口国或出口企业来说,知识产权代表高科技,是利润的增长点;从进口国的角度来看,具有知识产权保护的技术已经替代关税等,成为一种阻碍贸易的有效方式。我国政府及相关企业对此已经有了一定程度的认识,但是我国与发达国家相比,在对新的贸易手段的运用,以及主观认识都存在巨大差距。这直接导致我国外贸企业面临许多难题,并可能在将来面临更大的威胁。
Today’s world has entered the era of knowledge economy, and intellectual property has close ties with international trade. From exporting countries or exporting enterprises, IPR represents high technology, which is the point of growth of profits. From the point of view of importing countries, technologies with IPR protection have replaced tariffs and become an effective way to hinder trade. The Chinese government and related enterprises have already got a certain degree of understanding about it, but there is a huge gap between our country and developed countries in the use of new trade means and their subjective understanding. This directly causes our foreign trade enterprises to face many difficult problems and may face greater threats in the future.
