油田企业的政工干部对企业员工思想政治工作开展的好坏与否将直接影响着企业的和谐稳定与健康发展。企业要想在当前激烈的竞争环境中获得生存和发展,就必须要重视政工干部在企业中的重要作用。本文通过描述了政工干部开展思想政治工作过程中所面临的现状及其在企业发展过程中的重要作用,并给出了解决措施,为企业的发展提供了一定的借鉴作用。
Whether the political cadres of oilfield enterprises carry out their ideological and political work to the employees will directly affect the harmonious, stable and healthy development of the enterprises. If enterprises want to survive and develop in the current fierce competitive environment, they must attach importance to the important role of political cadres in enterprises. This article describes the status quo of political and military cadres in carrying out ideological and political work and their important role in the process of enterprise development, and gives solutions to them, providing a reference for the development of enterprises.
