目的:探讨语前聋人工耳蜗植入患儿多频稳态诱发反应阈值与术后最大舒适阈值(C-level)及行为反应阈值(T-level)的相关性。方法:依据术前多频稳态诱发反应对应的高中低频结果,将112例行Nucleus CI24R(CA)型人工耳蜗植入患者分为有残余听力组和无残余听力组,术后1年测定两组的最大舒适阈值及行为反应阈值,比较两组阈值的差异性。结果:术前多频稳态诱发电位高中低频有残余听力组术后1年最大舒适阈值及行为反应阈值均低于无残余听力组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:依据术前多频稳态结果,可以预估人工耳蜗植入术的效果,为术耳的选择提供参考,并且为医师及家长提供一个合理的期望值。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between multi-frequency steady-state response threshold and maximal comfort threshold (C-level) and behavioral response threshold (T-level) after cochlear implantation in prelingual deaf patients. Methods: According to the results of preoperative multi-frequency steady-state response corresponding to high and low frequency results, 112 patients with Nucleus CI24R (CA) cochlear implants were divided into residual hearing loss group and no residual hearing loss group, Group maximum comfort threshold and behavioral response threshold, comparing the differences between the two groups of thresholds. Results: The maximum comfort threshold and behavioral response threshold at one year after operation in patients with residual hearing in high frequency, middle frequency and low frequency group were significantly lower than those without residual hearing loss (P <0.05 or P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Based on the preoperative multi-frequency steady-state results, the effect of cochlear implant surgery can be estimated, which can provide a reference for the selection of surgical ear and provide a reasonable expectation for physicians and parents.
