切削过程刀具的实时监控是现代制造系统和重型机械制造中保障设备与工件安全,提高产品质量和生产效率,降低加工成本,减轻劳动强度,实现无人化加工的关键技术之一。文章阐述了切削过程刀具监控技术的现状,尤其对刀具破损和异常磨损的在线实时监控的各种检测方法做了全面论述。重点讨论了声发射监控的原理和车削过程声发射的特点,介绍了一种新研制的智能化声发射车削监视仪的工作原理以及现场测试情况,并对其性能进行了分析。图2幅,表3个。
Cutting process The real-time monitoring of cutting tools is one of the key technologies in modern manufacturing systems and heavy machinery manufacturing to ensure the safety of equipment and workpieces, improve product quality and production efficiency, reduce processing costs, reduce labor intensity and realize unmanned processing. The paper expounds the status of the tool monitoring technology in the cutting process, especially the various detection methods of online real-time monitoring of tool breakage and abnormal wear. The principle of acoustic emission monitoring and the characteristics of acoustic emission in turning process are mainly discussed. The working principle of a newly developed intelligent acoustic emission turning monitor and the field test are introduced. The performance of the system is also analyzed. Figure 2, Table 3.
