本文采用盐酸——溴破坏后分光光度法测定了几种阿胶样品的含砷量及砷的回收率,结果满意。同时按《中国药典》方法对各阿胶样品进行了检测。实验表明,前法快速,准确,适用于阿胶中砷盐的测定。
In this paper, spectrophotometric determination of arsenic and arsenic recovery in several ejiao samples was performed using hydrochloric acid-bromine destructive method. The results were satisfactory. At the same time according to the “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” method of the Ejiao samples were tested. Experiments show that the former method is rapid and accurate, and is suitable for the determination of arsenic salt in donkey-hide gelatin.
