本文介绍了由两级计算机组成的低压真空烧结炉温度、压力控制系统及其采用的Ｆｕｚｚｙ－ＰＩ双模态控制算法原理。该系统可任意设定、修改控温曲线和升降速率，有较强的鲁棒性。
This paper introduces the temperature and pressure control system of low-pressure vacuum sintering furnace composed of two-level computer and the principle of Fuzzy-PI dual-mode control algorithm. The system can be arbitrarily set, modify the temperature curve and the rate of ascent and descent, have a strong robustness.
