本文采用输出电流强度为0~200mA的2450MHz前列腺微波治疗机对前列腺尿道部作180°和360°的辐射,再用电切镜将变成苍白色的前列腺组织切除,必要时可再次照射继续切除。作者从1991年10月开始共采用经尿道微波照射加电切治疗前列腺增生症106例,除1例由于微波照射位置不当,损伤外括约肌而引起永久性尿失禁外,其余病例术中经过顺利,出血明显减少,术后尿流率显著改善,半年随访总有效率达93.2%。
