1 水资源现状根据1956~1998年系列资料进行计算和评价,安阳市多年平均降水量为573.5mm;多年平均水面蒸发量为1075mm;多年平均水资源总量为16.4亿m~3,全市人均322m~3/人,是河南省人均的69%,是全国人均的14%。安阳市近20年来水资源量总体上呈现出逐渐减少的趋势;90年代降水量是长系列(1956~1998年)降水量均值的90%;三大调水工程(红旗渠、跃进渠、漳南干渠)近几年平均每年的总引调量不足2亿m~3,尚不到多年(近40年)平均引水量的一半。全市水质较好的Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类河段长度仅占总河段长度的7%;而完全丧失使用功能的超Ⅴ类(严重污染)河段长度占77%。辖区洹河、汤河、卫河、金堤河、洪水河等均属超Ⅴ类水质。境内的主要水库也遭受到不同程度的污染。随着地表水水
