华北区城乡物资交流展览会,决定于本年十月在天津市开幕。由中央人民政府华北事务部所聘请的华北五省、二市及内蒙有关部门负责同志到工农业劳动模范、工商界代表、少数民族等四十七人,于本月十日在天津组成了筹备委员会,并于十一日举行了第一次筹备委员会会议,正式通过了大会工作方案。我省亦于本月二十一日成立了大会筹备分会,积极进行筹备工作。这是华北今年下半年财经工作的一件大事,并且由于天津是全国工商业中心城市之一,因而这个大会不但在沟通华北城乡物资交流上有重大作用、而且在沟通南北之间和国内外之间物资交流上,亦将发生很大作用。华北区自去年冬季以来,在中央人民政府及华北事务部领导之下,土产已大体销完,农民增加了约七十亿斤粮食的收入,占华北粮食产量四分之一。山西土产推销亦大体值十亿斤小米左右。这对扩大工业品市场、刺激工农业生产发展、巩固金融、稳定物价、增加国家税收、加强
