地质调查与矿产普查专业属于高等职业教育资源开发类学科,是为培养一线技能应用型人才而设置的专业。长期专业教学的继承性,使该专业的课程体系几乎成为本科教学体系中的一个缩减版,培养的学生理论深度不深,职业岗位技能不足;另外,部分课程内容知识点的重复,导致课程体系的设置不够完美。为了适应当前高职教学以“学生为主体,以工作过程为导向”的教学理念,学院对专业课程体系进行调研分析研究后,确定职业核心能力,制定教学课程标准,对专业课程体系框架设置、教材建设与师资队伍建设等方面进行了探索与研究,旨在培养具有职业岗位技能的应用型地质人才。
