结合多年袋栽白色金针菇工厂化生产的经验,从品种选择、培养料配制、装袋灭菌、接种培养、出菇管理、采收加工及病害防治等方面总结出适合华北地区的白色金针菇高效栽培技术,为实现白金针菇规模化生产提供参考。
