Sn(Ⅳ)在H_2SO_4-KI-VitC-V(Ⅳ)体系中有一灵敏的极谱波,考察了影响极谱波的因素,发现硫酸浓度和温度对测定影响较大,硫酸浓度从0.8mol/L降至0.1mol/L方法灵敏度可提高近50倍。本法对标准和样品6~7次平行测定的变异系数分别为<5%和<8%,加标回收率为97.3%~101%。本法适于多数天然水中痕量Sn(Ⅳ)的测定。
Sn (Ⅳ) has a sensitive polarographic wave in H_2SO_4-KI-VitC-V (Ⅳ) system. The factors affecting the polarographic wave were investigated. It was found that the concentration of sulfuric acid and temperature had a great influence on the determination. / L down to 0.1mol / L method sensitivity can be increased nearly 50 times. The coefficient of variation of this method for parallel determination of standard and sample 6 ~ 7 times were <5% and <8% respectively, and the recoveries were 97.3% ~ 101%. This method is suitable for the determination of trace amounts of Sn (IV) in most natural waters.
