2014年9月19日,新研股份公司公告称,与赤山集团有限公司签订了《新研股份与赤山集团战略合作框架协议》,公司拟通过与赤山集团共同设立新公司方式,出资不超过2.3亿元,购买赤山集团下属控股子公司荣成海山机械制造有限公司(简称“荣成海山”)及其子公司松原奥瑞海山机械有限公司(简称“奥瑞海山”)的相关资产,新设公司中,新研股份占新公司85%股权,赤山集团占新公司15%股权。
On September 19, 2014, XinYan Co., Ltd. announced that it has signed the “Framework Agreement for Strategic Cooperation between Chiyoda Group and Chishan Group” with Chishan Group Co., Ltd. The Company intends to establish a new company through joint venture with Chishan Group with a capital contribution not exceeding 2.3 (“Rongcheng Haishan”), a subsidiary of Chishan Group, and the related assets of its subsidiary Songyuan Orui Haishan Machinery Co., Ltd. (“Arui Haishan” for short) The new company, the new research shares 85% stake in the new company, Chishan Group 15% stake in the new company.
