采用化学活化法,H_3PO_4、CaCl_2、(NH_4)_2HPO_4、KOH为活化剂制备沙柳基粉状活性炭(PAC),以样品得率和亚甲基蓝吸附值作为评价指标,筛选出制备PAC理想活化剂。并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)对理想样品进行形貌性能表征。结果表明,H_3PO_4为适合制备沙柳粉状活性炭的活化剂,样品最高得率为40.67%,对亚甲基蓝吸附值最大为9ml/0.1g。
Salicylide based powdered activated carbon (PAC) was prepared by chemical activation, H_3PO_4, CaCl_2, (NH_4) _2HPO_4 and KOH as activators. The yield and methylene blue adsorption of samples were used as evaluation indexes to select the ideal activator of PAC. The morphology of the ideal samples was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The results showed that H_3PO_4 is an activator suitable for the preparation of powdered activated charcoal powder. The highest yield of sample is 40.67% and the maximum adsorption value of methylene blue is 9ml / 0.1g.
