建立阻振质量阻抑有限平板振动传递的试验测量模型,测试附加阻振质量对有限平板振动频率、模态的影响及对平板振动传递的减振效果,并将试验结果与理论计算值进行比较。讨论3种不同截面尺寸的条形阻振质量对激励板中振动向接受板传递的阻抑规律。结果表明,阻振质量在有限平板中的实测插入损失与理论计算值趋于一致;在计算频段内,阻振质量对振动传递具有“阻带”和“通带”作用,综合“阻带”和“通带”影响,阻振质量对有限平板的振动传递具有较好的阻抑效果,且随着质量比增加,减振效果更好。
The experimental measurement model of the vibration damping quality limited finite plate vibration is established. The influence of the additional vibration damping mass on the vibration frequency and modal of the finite plate vibration and the vibration damping effect on the plate vibration transmission are tested. The experimental results are compared with the theoretical calculation . This paper discusses the suppression of the transmission of vibration to the receiving plate in three types of strip cross-sectional size of the strip. The results show that the measured insertion loss of the vibration-damping mass in the finite plate tends to be consistent with the theoretical calculation value. In the calculated frequency band, the mass of the vibration-damping mass has a function of “stop band” and “pass band” “Stopband ” and “passband ” effect, the quality of the vibration damping has a good damping effect on the vibration transmission of the finite plate, and as the mass ratio increases, the damping effect is better.
