承包单位的会计必须由主管单位派出最近,看到有些承包单位的会计不懂会计业务,不按统一规定的会计科目设置帐户,只记流水帐,造成帐目不清、管理混乱,报麦不真实,有些还长期不向主管部门提供报表。其原因是由于允许承包者自己组阁,有些主管单位也认为只要按合同上交利润就行。为了贯彻执行《会计法》,建议承包单位的会计必须由主管单位派出,并接受主管单位的直按领导,按时报告财务情况和报表。
