目的:同时测定不同产地杏香兔耳风药材中主要酚酸类成分的含量,为完善杏香兔耳风药材质量标准和药材道地产地选择提供参考依据。方法:采用RP-HPLC法同时测定杏香兔耳风药材中主要的两类酚酸成分的含量,即单咖啡酰奎宁酸类(caffeoylquinic acids,CQA)和二咖啡酰奎宁酸类(dicaffeoylquinic acids,DCQA)。色谱柱:Cosmosil RP-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:328 nm;柱温:35℃。结果:不同产地杏香兔耳风中单咖啡酰奎宁酸和二咖啡酰奎宁酸的含量参差不齐;江西婺源、九江、上饶的杏香兔耳风中各酚酸的含量明显高于其他产地,广西地区的杏香兔耳风药材酚酸类含量最低;绿原酸和3,5-DCQA是杏香兔耳风药材中的主要酚酸成分。结论:本方法准确,简便,重复性良好,可用于不同产地杏香兔耳风药材酚酸类有效成分的检测;结果提示江西产杏香兔耳风为优势特色药材。
OBJECTIVE: To simultaneously determine the content of main phenolic acids in the apricot herb from different origins, to provide reference for improving the quality standard of Apricot fragrant rabbit ear herbs and choosing the origin of herbs. Methods: Simultaneous determination of the two main phenolic acids in cauliflower herbs by RP-HPLC, caffeoylquinic acids (CQA) and dicaffeoylquinic acids , DCQA). Column: Cosmosil RP-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid solution, gradient elution; flow rate: 1.0 mL / min; detection wavelength: 328 nm; . Results: The contents of mono-caffeoylquinic acid and dicaffeoylquinic acid in the apricot hornbill were different in different regions. The content of each phenolic acid in the apricot hornbill of Wuyuan, Jiujiang and Shangrao in Jiangxi Province was significantly higher than that in other producing areas , The content of phenolic acids was the lowest in the herbs of apricot rabbit in Guangxi area; chlorogenic acid and 3,5-DCQA were the main phenolic acids in the herbs of Apricot rabbit. Conclusion: The method is accurate, simple and reproducible. It can be used to detect the phenolic acids in the apothecary herbs from different areas. The results suggest that the apricot ear is the dominant medicinal herb in Jiangxi Province.
