目的了解大连地区桶装饮用水卫生状况。方法对2002—2004年、2006—2007年大连地区生产和销售的桶装饮用水检测资料进行分析。结果检测563份产品,合格率为71.94%。合格率逐年降低,2002年84.06%,2003年74.40%,2004年70.63%,2006、2007年分别为54.12%,67.27%,不同类型桶装饮用水检测结果显示:山泉水合格率最低52.94%,其次是纯净水61.04%,矿物质水66.67%,矿泉水75.85%。不合格指标主要是菌落总数。结论大连地区桶装饮用水卫生质量不高,有关部门应加强监督管理。
Objective To understand the health status of bottled drinking water in Dalian. Methods The test data of bottled drinking water produced and sold in Dalian during 2002-2004 and 2006-2007 were analyzed. Results 563 products were tested with a pass rate of 71.94%. Passing rate of 84.0% in 2002, 74.40% in 2003, 70.63% in 2004 and 54.22% in 2006 and 2007 respectively. The test results of different types of bottled drinking water showed that the qualified rate of spring water was 52.94% Followed by pure water 61.04%, 66.67% mineral water, mineral water 75.85%. Failure indicators are mainly the total number of colonies. Conclusion The quality of barreled drinking water in Dalian is not high, and relevant departments should strengthen the supervision and management.
