一、蚌埠推行行政权力清单制度的主要做法(一)注重总体设计,构建三级权力清单制度2014年10月27日,蚌埠市委市政府下发《关于深入开展市级职权清理推行行政权力清单制度的通知》,成立领导小组和办公室,全方位启动行政权力清单制度建设工作。行政权力清理的范围涉及53个部门,职权事项包括行政审批、行政处罚、行政征收、行政给付、行政奖励、行政强制、行政确认、行政裁决、行政规划及其他权力
