原州区共有基层党组织597个,党员13709名。近年来,原州区把改革创新作为基层组织建设的原动力,紧紧抓住党的执政能力建设和先进性建设这条主线,不断创新体制机制、方法和载体,突出重点,统筹推进,全面提升基层组织建设水平。主要做法是:一、以永葆党的先进性为重点,在抓党建促发展上取得了新成效围绕“党员干部受教育、科学发展上水平、人民群众得实惠”的总要求,坚持把保增长、保民生、保稳定和调结构、上水平、促改革作为最大实践,扎实开展学习实践科学发展观活动,共梳理整改项目2335项,落实2277项,占97.5%,群众满意度总体达到100%。
