先天性遗传性角膜内皮营养不良（Congenitalhereditaryendothelialdystrophy，CHED）是一种罕见的原发于角膜内皮的疾病．临床表现以出生时或生命的早期出现双眼角膜弥漫性水肿为特点，易与先天性青光限或其它疾病导致的用膜水肿混淆．现将我们发现的两例报告如下．病例报告例1
Congenital hereditary endothelial dystrophy (CHED) is a rare primary corneal endothelial disease. Clinical manifestations are characterized by diffuse edema of the cornea at birth or early in life, and are easily confused with membrane edema caused by congenital glaucoma or other diseases.
