是提供建筑精品,还是提供建筑垃圾?是提倡以人为本、健康生态的建筑,还是把客户仅仅当作财富积累的工具?这就是开发商的社会责任感的内核。一年又一年的“3·15”所代表的不仅仅是一个时间、一个日子,而是一种社会责任和精神状态。纵观现在的房地产市场,开发商应该摆正自己的位置,更应在产品上务实,做一些真正有益社会、有益民众的事情……相信只有这样,才能得到社会的认同、市场的接纳、置业者的共鸣。
