本文讨论一种基于理想变形理论的板料设计与分析方法,并推导有关的有限元方程。文章首先在弹塑性体理想变形关系的基础上推导应力-应变关系及其增量形式,然后讨论基于理想变形理论的有限元方法在板料成形中的应用。该方法既可以用于板料的设计,也可以用于板料成形过程的分析。本文最后推导了该理论用于上述两类问题时的方程。讨论的材料为各向同性的理想弹塑性材料,而并未涉及材料的具体特性。
In this paper, a method of sheet metal design and analysis based on ideal deformation theory is discussed and the related finite element equations are derived. The article first deduces the stress-strain relationship and its incremental form based on the ideal deformation relationship of elastoplastic body, and then discusses the application of finite element method based on ideal deformation theory in sheet metal forming. The method can be used for both sheet metal design and sheet metal forming process analysis. Finally, the paper deduces the equation when the theory is applied to the above two kinds of problems. The material under discussion is an isotropic, ideal elasto-plastic material, without addressing the specific properties of the material.
