Baotou Iron and Steel Institute and Fushun Steel jointly developed a new energy-saving alloy ingot annealing process, the Fushun Steel Industrial Test and assessment, in 1991 by the Liaoning Provincial Metallurgical Department of experts identified. The new technology uses the principle of metallography and stress relaxation theory to formulate the parameters of annealing heating temperature; the use of heat transfer principle, the establishment of a finite element equation; using FORTAN language prepared annealing time of the ingot heat preservation time computer-aided design software. For different types of steel, different ingot calculation can be obtained for a variety of ingot temperature, the use of computer-painted
