目的 探讨环氧合酶 (COX - 2 )表达与胃黏膜病变的相关性。方法 胃黏膜标本共 1 2 0例 ,采用免疫组织化学技术对胃黏膜COX - 2蛋白表达进行检测。结果 胃窦黏膜表面上皮和固有腺上皮的胞浆中 ,均可见到COX - 2蛋白表达。COX - 2蛋白表达在不同性别、年龄的患者间 ,差异无显著性。不同胃黏膜病变COX - 2蛋白表达阳性百分率以不典型增生最高 (90 % ) ,其次为肠组织转化 (80 % )、慢性萎缩性胃炎(5 0 % ) ,其差异有显著性 (P <0 0 0 1 )。在COX - 2蛋白强阳性表达中 ,以胃癌前病变 (不典型增生和肠组织转化 )为主 ,占 72 2 % ;而在COX - 2蛋白表达阴性中 ,以慢性浅表性胃炎和慢性萎缩性胃炎为主 ,2者合计占78 1 %。结论 COX - 2表达强度与胃黏膜病变有明显的相关性 ,胃癌前病变COX - 2蛋白表达明显增高
Objective To investigate the relationship between cyclooxygenase (COX - 2) expression and gastric mucosal lesions. Methods A total of 120 gastric mucosal specimens were collected. The expression of COX - 2 protein in gastric mucosa was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of COX - 2 protein was found in the cytoplasm of gastric mucosa epithelium and intrinsic glandular epithelium. There was no significant difference in COX - 2 protein expression between patients of different genders and ages. The positive rates of COX - 2 protein expression in different gastric mucosal lesions were the highest (90%), followed by intestinal tissue transformation (80%) and chronic atrophic gastritis (50%), the difference was significant (P <0 0 0 1). The strong positive expression of COX - 2 protein was predominant in gastric precancerous lesions (atypical hyperplasia and intestinal metaplasia), accounting for 72.2%. In the negative expression of COX - 2 protein, chronic superficial gastritis and chronic atrophy Gastritis-based, 2 together accounted for 78 1%. Conclusion The expression of COX - 2 is significantly correlated with gastric mucosal lesions, and the expression of COX - 2 protein in gastric precancerous lesions is significantly higher
