党的“十八大”报告中明确提出:“广泛开展全民健身运动,促进群众体育和竞技体育全面发展。”体育是育人的重要组成部分,也是高等教育立德树人的重要手段,对于高校人才培养具有重要的意义。伴随着竞技体育改革的需要,1987年我国开启了试办普通高等院校高水平运动队“体教结合”新模式,经过30年高校高水平运动队的发展,现如今已由1987年的51所院校发展至272所院校。而且随着社会的进步和人们对物质文化需求的不断提升,人们对身体健康状况和自主体育锻炼也越来越重视。高校作为重要的人才培养基地,也越发意识到体育育人的重要性,并在不断加强校园体育文化的建设。高水平运动队是校园体育文化的重要组成部分,高水平运动队作为示范者、先锋队能够积极带动高校学生参与体育锻炼,促进大学生综合素质全面提升,推动高校体育教学改革和研究,推进“体教结合”模式的进程,为促进校园体育文化各项事业的发展起到了积极的作用。本文旨在探讨校园体育文化视角下的高水平运动队建设的相关问题,在繁荣和丰富校园体育文化的过程中,促进高校高水平运动队的建设与发展。
