本文介绍在PLA(FPLA)里单交叉点故障定位的一种在线算法,算法的主要特点是对某个故障的测试得到与其响应一致的故障集。这个集合里的明显的少里故障,所有其它测试被生成和故障表被构造、随后,适应性测试法用来诊断故障,若在一组故障里,该适应性测试以具有相同的测试为结果,功能等价测试被执行来确定实际的故障类别。
This paper introduces an online algorithm for single intersection fault localization in PLA (FPLA). The main characteristic of the algorithm is that a fault set can be tested in accordance with its fault response set.
