本文研究了在氨性溶液中,利用La(Ⅲ)共沉淀富集分离金属镍中微量硒和碲,同时与其他共存干扰元素分离,用氢化物-无色散原于荧光光谱法同时测定硒和碲。系统考察了测定的最佳条件及共存元素对测定的影响。本方法操作简便、快速、灵敏度高。硒、碲检出限分别为0.0045μg/g和0.0040μg/g,当含量为0.04μg/mL时,测定的相对标准偏差分别为5.4%和4.0%。回收率均在94%~108%之间。
In this paper, we studied the enrichment and separation of trace amounts of selenium and tellurium in metallic nickel by co-precipitation with La (Ⅲ) in ammoniacal solution and the simultaneous separation of interfering elements from other coexisting elements. The simultaneous determination of selenium and tellurium. The system investigated the best conditions for determination and the effect of coexisting elements on the determination. The method is simple, fast and sensitive. The detection limits of selenium and tellurium were 0.0045μg / g and 0.0040μg / g, respectively. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 5.4% and 4.0% at 0.04μg / mL respectively. Recovery rates were 94% to 108%.
