企业内部控制是企业经营决策的重要环节,是随着企业环境的变化与企业经营方式的变化而变化的。如今,信息技术迅速发展,企业生存并发展于前所未有的网络环境中,网络环境对企业的内部控制也提出了更高的要求。而施工企业具有施工地域广、施工人员复杂等特点,因此,有必要从网络环境的基础上,探讨分析如何在新时期里完善施工企业的内部控制。
Enterprise internal control is an important part of business decision-making, with the changes in business environment and business management changes. Today, the rapid development of information technology, business survival and development in an unprecedented network environment, the network environment for enterprise’s internal control also put forward higher requirements. However, the construction enterprises have the characteristics of wide construction area and complex construction personnel. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and analyze how to improve the internal control of construction enterprises in the new period based on the network environment.
