抗战时期广西警政的发展始终与战事息息相关,他们通过有效的社会控制来应对和调控因战时带来的一系列复杂的社会问题。在这一时期,除了稳定难民、打击违法犯罪活动之外,肃奸伪等执行战时特殊活动也成为广西各级警察机关的一项重任。战时特定环境使广西警察的警务职能与社会职能也得到明显的提升,对维护当时广西省社会稳定在客观上起到了一定的推动作用。
During the war of resistance against Japan, the development of policing in Guangzhou has always been closely linked with the war. Through effective social control, they deal with and regulate a series of complicated social problems brought about by the war. During this period, in addition to stabilizing refugees and cracking down criminal activities, the implementation of wartime special activities such as the prosecution of rape had become an important task for Guangxi’s police at all levels. The specific environment in wartime also made the police function and social function of Guangxi police obviously improved, which played a certain impetus role in maintaining social stability in Guangxi at that time.
