高中化学教学就是要追求课堂教学效益的最大化,但由于化学世界中物质变化的多样性、复杂性,物质性质学习的阶段性和理论理解的有限性,学生在学习过程中认识能力的差异性以及随着科学知识的不断发展和学生思维的空前活跃等因素,大大增加了化学课堂教学的随机性和偶然性。老师和学生作为课堂的两个主要组成部分,要想达到教学效果的最大化,就必须把教与学这两个环节有机地组合在一起。下面,我分两部分来分别阐述这两者之间的关系与要求。
