Prescription of Chinese medicine decoction is a drug treatment plan made by the doctor after diagnosis of the patient, which is related to the healing or unhealing of the patient’s disease card, and the remission or invalidity of the symptoms. Therefore, prescription writing should be given enough attention. The author investigates the doctor’s prescription in this hospital and the report is as follows. 1 Sources of information From the outpatient and inpatient department prescriptions from March to August 1998 in this hospital, random samples of decoctions were taken at each level of the physician at each month.
