目的调查山东省华支睾吸虫病流行范围,流行规律和危害程度,总结华支睾吸虫病的诊断与防治效果。方法对山东省50余年华支睾吸虫病的调查、研究及防治资料等进行回顾性分析,总结70%碘化钾溶液漂浮集卵法,皮内试验,以地面积水情况进行流行率分层调查,大面积防治试点研究,应用药物六氯对二甲苯治疗华支睾吸虫病,控制华支睾吸虫病流行及考核标准等六项技术、方法和措施用于华支睾吸虫病防治的效果。结果 70%碘化钾溶液漂浮集卵法虫卵检出率高,以该方法进行的分层调查资料显示常年积水型村居民华支睾吸虫感染率显著高于临时积水型村。华支睾吸虫成虫抗原皮内试验方法敏感性高,以该方法检查结果为依据进行大面积试点防治,人群感染率和虫卵平均密度均显著降低。六氯对二甲苯片剂疗程短、服用方便且不良反应轻微,用该药物治疗华支睾吸虫病疗效确切。制定的控制华支睾吸虫病流行的标准及考核办法科学、客观,可供全国其他流行区参考。结论山东省控制华支睾吸虫病六项技术措施实施效果显著,且对全国其他华支睾吸虫病流行区具有借鉴作用。
Objective To investigate the epidemic range, prevalence and harm degree of Clonorchis sinensis in Shandong Province and to summarize the diagnosis and control effect of Clonorchis sinensis. Methods The investigation, research and prevention and treatment data of Clonorchis sinensis in more than 50 years in Shandong province were retrospectively analyzed. The prevalence of 70% potassium iodide solution was collected and the intradermal test was conducted to stratify the prevalence of groundwater. Large-scale prevention and control pilot study, the application of hexachloroparaxylamine treatment of Clonorchiasis, control of clonorchiasis disease prevalence and assessment criteria six techniques, methods and measures for the prevention and treatment of clonorchiasis effect. Results 70% potassium iodide solution floating egg method eggs detection rate is high, stratified by the method of survey data show that the annual water-type village residents Clonorchis sinensis infection rate was significantly higher than the temporary water-filled village. Clonorchis sinensis adult antigen antigen intradermal test method is highly sensitive to the test results based on the pilot large-scale prevention and control, the population infection rate and the average density of eggs were significantly reduced. Hexachloro-p-xylene tablets short course of treatment, easy to take and minor adverse reactions, with the drug treatment of Clonorchiasis exact effect. Developed control clonorchiasis epidemic standards and assessment methods scientifically and objectively, available for other popular areas of reference. Conclusion Six effective measures for controlling Clonorchis sinensis in Shandong Province have been achieved and are of great value to other endemic Clonorchiasis endemic areas in China.
